A COFFEE morning held in Highbridge in support of flood victims has raised £1,200.
The fundraiser was hosted by members of Moose International Lodge 123 Ladies’ Circle; Doreen Ateyo, Pat Burge and Joan Hoare.
It was held at St John’s Church Hall on March 1 and included coffee, tea, cakes and a raffle.
A spokesman for the Lodge, Mike Lang, said: “Members of the ladies circle and Moose Lodge assisted with the event, which raised £500.
“This has been boosted by a £600 donation from the Moose International Lodge 123 Ladies’ Circle, making a total expectation of around £1,200.
“Organisers Joan, Pat and Doreen wish to thank everyone for their generosity.”
