THE latest achievements of South Petherton Infants Pre-School were celebrated at its official opening.
Since South Petherton Infants School took over the management of the preschool in April last year, OFSTED has graded it ‘good’.
Children, parents, staff and governors made bird feeders and David Laws MP joined them at the Lightgate Lane site where he planted a cherry tree to mark the start of enhancements to the outdoor learning area.
After a number of improvements were made to the pre-school building last summer, the focus is now outside, starting with an outdoor learning room.
