CHILDREN from Manor Court Primary School in Chard dressed up for a good cause.
They are linking up with residents from Oak Lodge care home in the town as part of the Archie Project, run by Reminiscence Learning.
The project is designed to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and the impact it can have on the sufferer and their families, through the symbol of a scarecrow.
Children will learn more through stories, a work book and visits to the care home.
The latest event was a scarecrow parade through the school grounds.
