PETER Andre has revealed the nickname of his newborn baby daughter with Taunton's Emily MacDonagh.

Peter and Emily welcomed their little girl into the world at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton just over two weeks ago, news which more than 50,000 people viewed on the County Gazette website.

Peter Andre announces engagement to Emily MacDonagh

The British and Australian pop star said in his latest column on New! "Last week I revealed one of my resolutions was to find a nickname for our baby girl. We’re getting there but for now, it’ll say 'Bista’s sister'"

He also said despite the sleepness nights, he is not bothered because of the excitement.

Reports on Twitter suggest that the nickname 'Bista' stems from Peter's son Junior, who couldn't say sister when he was younger, only bista.

Peter, 40 and former Richard Huish College student Emily, 23, are no strangers to Taunton when the pair met through Emily's surgeon father Dr Ruaraidh ‘Ru’ MacDonagh, who operated on Peter in 2010 to remove his kidney stones.

They announced they were having a baby back in July after dating for about a year.

Speaking after the birth of their baby girl, Peter said: "We are looking forward to a nice quiet couple of weeks getting to know our baby.

"Thanks to everyone at Musgrove Park Hospital."
