A WORKER is recovering in hospital after he lost an arm in an industrial accident in Hatch Beauchamp on Saturday, January 18.
A Health and Safety Executive inspector has been on site today looking into the incident.
The casualty was released by fire fighters and then airlifted to Frenchay Hospital, Bristol, following the incident shortly before 3pm.
He is due home on Friday.
His boss said: "The fire brigade and ambulance were fantastic.
"We wish the man a speedy recovery and our thoughts are with him, his wife and their family.
"It was a very traumatic and upsetting event for everybody."
Volnteers from SAVES doctors also attended the accident.
