RECEPTION pupils at Minehead First School have been making sure their school complies with fire safety as part of their school project.
Children across Key Stage One have been learning about safety as part of their Fire, Safety and Emergency topic.
The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service provided the school with an Early Learning Fire Safety Box – an exciting, fun-filled box which teaches young children all about safety.
A school spokesman said: “The lovely uniforms were part of the box, and some of the children from Dolphin class have been going around the school pretending they’re our fire safety inspectors!
“They’ve been making sure we’re complying with the regulations and that everything’s up to date.”
