URBAN design consultant Ben Hamilton-Baillie will be visiting Minehead tomorrow to give a presentation on the 'Shared Space' potential of the town.
'Shared Space' is an approach which seeks to minimise the separation between vehicle traffic and pedestrians, often by the removal of features such as curbs, road surface markings, traffic signs and regulations.
The presentation will focus on the area in between the Beach Hotel and the West Somerset Railway as well as the area between the Old Hospital and the Regal Theatre.
Ben Hamilton-Baillie will be giving the presentation at the Beach Hotel tomorrow (January 8) starting at 6.30pm.
All are welcome to attend.
