RESIDENTS of The Towans residential care home in Burnham enjoyed a fun-packed Christmas.

Residents' dancing stole the show at the local Rotary Club party, where they enjoyed joining in with carol singers and a nativity play by children who visited the home.

Trips out included visits to Sanders Garden World to see the decorations and local lights and residents were entertained by Steve Holford, who serenaded them on Christmas Eve.

The highlights of Christmas were visits from families, friends and of course Father Christmas, assisted by staff who added to the Christmas spirit as Santa's little helpers.

And the fun doesn't stop here – a New Year's Eve party and pantomime visit are also planned.
