TOYS, teddy bears and flowers were left in a spot on Burnham’s seafront on Christmas Day in memory of four-year-old Dylan Cecil.
The toddler drowned after falling from the town’s jetty in August 2012 – it was a tragedy which touched the hearts of parents on a national scale.
The same spot where the tributes were laid over Christmas saw hundreds of onlookers watch as rescue teams began a frantic search, and many thousands of mourners gather to pay their respects when Dylan was found.
