WITNESSES to an altercation between a group of men in Yeovil are being urged to come forward.

The incident happened near to Burger King on Middle Street at around 2.30am on Sunday (December 22).

There was an altercation between five or six men which resulted in several people being injured including one man who fell to the floor after being punched several times.

The offenders are all described as white men in their early twenties and one had short blond hair, is 5'10" tall with a medium build and was wearing mustard coloured chinos and a denim shirt.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or knows who was involved should contact Avon and Somerset Police on 101 and quote 127518/13.
