VISITORS to Dunster Castle over the weekend enjoyed festive treats including a visit from Father Christmas.
The historic ground floor halls and rooms of the castle were decorated for a family celebration, rekindling the magic of Christmas.
Live festive music from local choirs including Quest and the West Somerset Brass Band added to the seasonal mood.
There were plenty of unusual, local and regional Christmas gift ideas for shoppers to get their hands on, too.
John Lax, visitor services manager, said: “We hope our festive house openings helped everyone enjoy the countdown to Christmas as we all prepare for the season to be merry.”
