HUGH Sexey Middle School has been busy this Christmas raising money for Save the Children.
Pupils all paid £1 and in return they were allowed to wear their favourite Christmas jumper for the day.
The fundraiser was organised by one of the school’s Year Six tutors, Marion Jarrett. She said: “The vast array of Christmas jumpers was amazing – I hardly saw the same one twice! Well done to all the children.”
The sum of money raised on the day was £225.
The Year Five Christmas Production also went down well and was enjoyed by all the parents and children.
