Young theatre star named best newcomer

A TALENTED performer from Stanchester Academy has been named Best Newcomer at a theatre school.

Natasha Harris, 11, from Middle Chinnock has recently been named Razzamataz Theatre School, Yeovil, Best Newcomer 2013.

Natasha joined the Razzamataz theatre school three month ago, to pursue her passion of performing, outside of school as well as inside.

Natasha has been participating in a wide range of dance and acting at the theatre school, but has a particular love of singing.

Natasha said of the Razzamataz school: “I love performing and the theatre school has been great, I am really enjoying all the different activities and I am so proud to be named the best newcomer 2013.”

As the best newcomer for 2013 Natasha was presented with a medal, a Certificate of Achievement in Performing Arts and a Best Newcomer 2013 certificate.

Natasha plans to continue studying with the theatre school and hopes to develop her talents further in the future.
