“THE best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear,” was certainly the case at a Minehead care home last Thursday.
Elderly residents at The Winsor Nursing Home were treated to an angelic performance by a group of three and four-year-olds.
The children from Cheeky Cherubs Day Nursery went along to the care home to perform music from their nativity play.
Home manager Pat Blackett said: “We were delighted that the children decided to treat our residents to a very special performance.
“They absolutely love to hear children singing at Christmas time and it is a wonderful way to spread some festive cheer.”
The nursery's deputy manager, Kayleigh Jury added: “The children really enjoy performing and love going to see different audiences, they always love their songs.”
