Taunton student wins place in national children's orchestra

TAUNTON Prep School student, Daniel Lloyd-Jones, has been offered a place in the Under-12 National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain as an oboist.

Daniel (pictured) will attend two-week long residential courses with the orchestra; the first is at Port Regis in April and the second is at Uppingham School, Rutland, in July, with a concert in the Town Hall in Birmingham.
