Price drop for Chard medical centre
7:00pm Sunday 15th December 2013 in News
THE price of a Chard medical centre has been dropped in a bid to attract a buyer.
Tawstock Medical Centre has been run from its base in High Street for the past 18 years, but, as reported, the practice is moving to purpose built premises next year.
The new price for the property, marketed by agents Greenslade Taylor Hunt, is £265,000.
Their details say the building is flexibly arranged and could provide a base for a variety of business enterprises such as a day centre, nursery, clinic, veterinary or dental practice, or alternatively for office, retail, restaurant, community or other commercial uses subject to planning consent.
It is also possible that the property could be extended or converted for residential use, subject to planning permission.
The site also has off-road parking for 17 vehicles and disabled access.
