A MAN has admitted carrying out a robbery outside a Rockwell Green fish shop.
Daniel Fieldhouse, 23, of Popes Lane, also admitted an assault on the same night of November 8 when he appeared at Taunton Crown Court on Monday (December 2).
Fieldhouse robbed £254 from a member of staff leaving Neptune Fish Bar, pictured above, at around 9.30pm. He also punched a man, leaving him with bruising to the face and ribs.
Defending, Rebecca Bradberry told the court Fieldhouse had a “difficult” childhood and said he made full and frank admissions to the offences.
Judge David Ticehurst said: “All options are open to the judge who deals with you, including an immediate prison sentence.”
Fieldhouse was released on bail until he is sentenced on January 31.
