"Normal traffic conditions expected from 4:30 pm."

THIS is from the Highways Agency: "On the M5 northbound between junctions J26 and J25, there are currently delays of 30 mins caused by congestion due to a serious accident closing one lane between junctions J25 and J24.
"Normal traffic conditions expected from 2:00 pm."
THE accident is believed to have happened closer to junction 25 for Taunton than junction 24 for Taunton.
