A TEAM of cyclists from Bridgwater-based office storage firm James Tobias raised £1,190 for Sue Ryder Hospices.
The five-strong team completed the 25-mile Ride for Ryder, and won an award for having raised more money than any other company.
David McLaren, a company director and member of the team, said: “It was a tough event but it was really good to take part and to be able to support such a worthwhile cause.”
Vicki Collins, regional fundraiser for Sue Ryder, said: “We rely very heavily on fundraising initiatives such as this one by the team from James Tobias.
"We are so grateful for their very real contribution to the ongoing and vital work at our hospices.”
