Fathers4Justice 'Spiderman' held in prison following Taunton road chaos

MR Waldron has been remanded in custody.
MICHAEL Waldron, 30, of Wellington, is currently in the dock at Taunton Magistrates' Court charged with one count of causing a public nuisance.
He is not expected to enter a plea today and the case is expected to be transferred to Taunton Crown Court next month.
The magistrates dealing with the case have retired to consider whether to grant an application for bail made by Mr Waldron's solicitor or whether to remand him in custody.
THE case is expected to be heard shortly following delays at the court.
MOTORISTS in Taunton and on the M5 faced long delays after police closed part of the Toneway between 8.30am and 11am on Tuesday.
