Historical Highbridge building put up for auction
A HISTORIC corner building in Highbridge has been put up for sale at auction, with a price tag of up to £100k.
Bradbury House on Market Street was formerly a bank and also housed the HQ of the National Blind Children’s Society.
It is among 34 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, next month and has a guide price of £75,000 to £100,000.
Spread over three floors in Highbridge town centre, the property is expected to attract both commercial and domestic investors.
Scott Gray, auctioneer and regular on BBC1’s Homes Under The Hammer, said: “This building will be well known to people in the town.
“We anticipate a lot of interest in Bradbury House.”
The auction will take place in Cornwall on September 17.
