ALMOST £320 was raised over the last week for the County Gazette-backed Somerset Unit for Radiotherapy Equipment (SURE) appeal.
The 5p collection from the Beacon Centre, which included cash donations, totalled £260.85.
Collection boxes raised £29.29 from Morgan’s Fish and Chip Shop and £27.05 from the One Stop in Galmington.
The grand total raised stands at £322.970.
