A SUPPORT group for families and pregnant women has been set up in Wellington.
Wellington Positive Birth Circle, part of the Positive Birth Movement, aims to pull together parents, pregnant women, birth workers and those who have a keen interest in birth to share stories.
Founder Bryony Medhurst said: “I’m setting up this community group to share empowerment and positive birth stories, support each other and dispel any negativity surrounding birth.”
Meetings are free and informal, and all are welcome on the last Thursday of the month at 10am.
