Malcolm Cattle is new top man on Somerset Carnival circuit

MALCOLM Cattle has been elected president of the Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnivals Association.
Malcolm, who is the processions officer with Bridgwater Carnival Committee, takes over from Tony Frazier, of Glastonbury Carnival Committee.
Malcolm has been involved with carnival for 50 years.
He said: “Being awarded the presidency of the county carnival circuit is one of the main and proudest highlights of my carnival career.
“Carnival has always been a way of life for me.”
