Brewery Field public inquiry due to begin
A PUBLIC inquiry is due to begin this morning following a bid to have Brewery Field in Bridgwater designated a Town Green.
If successful, the application by two Bridgwater residents could prevent the field from future development.
As reported, Tesco has been given permission to develop an area of Brewery Field as part of its plans for a huge Extra supermarket, eight other commercial units and car parking.
The inquiry is taking place at Bridgwater Pantomime Hall in Wembdon Road.
