A CHARITY for people with diabetes has put together an informative leaflet on keeping healthy this year.
The Insulin Dependent Diabetes Trust has released leaflets on ‘Weight and Diet’, ‘Exercise and Your Heart’ and a booklet ‘Diabetes – Everyday Eating’ featuring healthy menus.
