No boundary change for Taunton Deane

FOUR Taunton Deane communities are to STAY in the Taunton Deane constituency in the next General Election.
MPs voted on Tuesday to keep Wiveliscombe, Milverton, Bishops Lydeard and Cotford St Luke and surrounding villages in the Deane rather than transfer them to Bridgwater.
MP Jeremy Browne warned: “I voted to retain Taunton Deane as a single constituency, but the rate of development in Norton Fitzwarren and Monkton Heathfield means boundary changes in the next Parliament look inevitable.”
