CCTV cameras smashed in attempted burglary
WOULD-BE burglars smashed two CCTV cameras in their bid to conceal their identities during an attempted burglary in South Somerset.
Police are investigating the attempted break-in at the Hopkins Court area of Wincanton which happened sometime between 9.20pm and 9.30pm on Friday, January 25.
The offenders tried to open a metal grid and caused damaged to a UPVC door in their unsuccessful attempts at gaining entry to the property.
