Greenfylde starts search for new head

INTERVIEWS for the headteacher’s job at Greenfylde First School in Ilminster will be taking place before the Easter holidays.
Present head, John Jeffery, announced late last year that he would be leaving Greenfylde in the summer and the school governors have been busy starting the process to recruit a successor.
Mr Jeffery said: “It is hoped interviews will be taking place before Easter to allow any successful applicant to start at the school in September. The governors will keep all staff and parents informed of progress.”
