Samuel Harris appears in court over Garry Sutton assault

SAMUEL Joseph Harris, 27, of Longstone Avenue, Bridgwater, who is charged with unlawful wounding following an incident in which father-of-two Garry Sutton was badly injured, appeared at Taunton Crown Court yesterday for a preliminary hearing.
Mr Harris was released on bail and is due to enter a plea at the next hearing at the court, on May 7.
