A WOMAN from Bridgwater has given a foot-long donation of her hair to a charity which makes wigs for children suffering hair loss.

Nisha Richardson, 19, from Bridge Estate raised around £250 for the Little Princess Trust through sponsorship to have her hair cut.

She said: “I was inspired by my Nan and Granddad, who both suffered hair loss due to cancer treatment.”

Nisha thanked her sponsors and Jodie Gillard, owner of Cinderella’s Cellar hair salon in The Avenue, who cut her hair for free and helped to find sponsors.
