Combe to discuss Mount Hindrance proposals
10:00am Wednesday 9th January 2013 in News
COMBE St Nicholas Parish Council is holding an extra meeting tomorrow (Thursday) at 7.30pm in Combe village hall to discuss a controversial planning application.
The council is looking at Mactaggart & Mickel Homes’ plans to build 450 houses and the relocation of Chard Town FC on land at Mount Hindrance Farm between Chard and Cuttiford’s Door.
Anyone who wants to speak during public time at the meeting should register with council clerk Anne Hunt on arrival.
The plans will be on display tomorrow in the foyer of the village hall. The council says the hall can only cater for 100 people.
