The Beaminster Tunnel
WORK to stabilise soil at the site of a landslide which killed a Somerset couple has been agreed.
Dorset County Council approved the £2.1million project for the Beaminster Tunnel this week.
A landslide at the tunnel in July killed Michael Rolfe, 72, of Fivehead, and his new partner Rosemary Snell, 67, from Misterton.
Work will begin in the New Year.
