Wellington School girls triumph in Exeter
THE under-11 girls’ hockey team from Wellington School came out top at an annual tournament in Exeter.
A goal from Verity Vance saw off Exeter School in the semi-final before Beatrice Renyard gave Wellington another 1-0 win against Mount House in the final.
The team was Shona Amadi (GK), Ellen Cowling, Verity Vance, Ella Leonard, Letty Johnson, Evie Tatterton, Beatrice Renyard, Olivia Savage and Honor Weatherlake.
