Brewhouse unveils new shows

THE Brewhouse Theatre & Arts Centre has unveiled its programme for the autumn season.

Top quality comedians include Stephen K. Amos, Jenny Eclair and Danny Bhoy as well as supporting new talent like Chris Ramsey, Piff The Magic Dragon and Bridget Christie.

For families, The Snail and The Whale – from trusted theatre experts Tall Stories, who previously performed The Gruffalo – combines storytelling, live music and lots of laughs.

Visitors can also expect a spooky Hallowe’en treat from Scruffy Mutt in their Terrible Tales.

Drama includes Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park, featuring stunning costumes and sets.

Icarus Theatre presents Romeo and Juliet in a rich and intense production.

Farm Boy, the sequel to War Horse written by Michael Morpurgo, stops off at the Brewhouse for one night|only.

Pilot Theatre will perform The Loneliness of The Long Distance Runner, adapted by BAFTA winning and Olivier Award-nominated playwright Roy Williams OBE.

The gallery and cafe bar will continue to be a hub for exciting visual arts with artist Volkhardt Müller, Andrew Davey and print workshop Double Elephant all displaying work.
