Newt Festival draws closer

THE 21st Newt Festival will be held at North Newton, between Bridgwater and Taunton, in July with this year’s event promising to be bigger and louder than ever before.

Another stage has been added to the event’s line-up, meaning more music and more fun than ever before.

Filling the event’s two stages are 24 bands who will play throughout the two-day festival.

The headline act on the main stage this year is The Rolling Clones – a Rolling Stones tribute band – and U2 tribute band US4/U2.

The festival kicks off on Friday, July 13, from 2pm until 1am, while on Saturday, July 14, it runs from noon until 1am.

Tickets cost £16 per person or £27 for a weekend tickets at www.newtfest.com or on the gate.

Ticket offers are currently available for anyone who books early via the website.

The cost of camping is £10 per person on the Friday night and £7 on the Saturday night.
