THE classic 1961 love story Breakfast at Tiffany's (PG) will be screened in Dulverton Town Hall on Friday, August 26 at 7.30 pm. Based on the novella by Truman Capote, the film stars Audrey Hepburn at the peak of her career, and dressed in Givenchy to boot, in the iconic role of free spirit Holly Golightly whose beguiling sparkle hides a secret sadness and captivates a dashing young writer, played by George Peppard. Tickets for the film cost £2 for Dulverton Films members, £4 for non-members and £2.50 for full-time students, and are available from Dulverton Post Office, or contact Jan Ross on 01398-323818. Tickets may also be available on the door for £4.
Light refreshments, including wine, will be available from 7pm.
