TOP Pink Floyd tribute act the Great Gig in the Sky is performing with soul diva Jess Upton at the Square and Compass, near Ashill, on Thursday, July 30.

The concert will feature all the sounds and visual effects fans would expect from the legendary British band, with hits including Money, Another Brick in the Wall and Comfortably Numb.

Dorset-based singer Jess fronted her first band at the age of 17 and since then has captivated audiences across the country with her versatile voice.

Other members have played alongside superstars such as Mick Jagger.

The music starts at 9pm with doors open from 8pm and pre-booked food is available from 7pm.
