Journey through Somerset at the Meeting House

AN exhibition inspired by the Somerset landscape is on display at the Meeting House Arts Centre in Ilminster.

The show, entitled 36 Miles, features mixed media work by Somerset artist Judy Willoughby based on the The Coleridge Way walking route through Exmoor.

Judy will be discussing her work in the context of Romantic poets such as Dorothy Wordsworth and their relationship to the landscape at the Meeting House tonight (Friday).

The seminar, part of the Art Talks series, runs from 7-9pm and tickets cost £2, including refreshments.

The exhibition is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm and 10am-2.30pm on Saturdays until July 17.
