JOHN Lennon is arguably one half on the greatest song-writing partnership of all time.
On May 19, a show celebrating this legendary music comes to The Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton.
Jimmy Coburn (The Cavern Club; Let It Be; The Sessions at Abbey Road) is performing Imagine – The John Lennon Songbook, a performance that showcases all John Lennon’s greatest hits,.
Jimmy said: “I’ve always grown up with The Beatles records playing as my Mum and Dad were massive fans. I was probably about 18 when I first picked up an instrument.
“The Beatles were an unavoidable phenomenon and are in the life blood of the city in Liverpool. As a musician, I have always aimed for those standards, but you cannot improve on perfection, that’s why I’ve focused on performing this music, the music of a generation.”
Jimmy Coburn will be performing at The Brewhouse Theatre on May 19 at 7:30pm.
