SUMMER is here and things are certainly hotting up at The McMillan Theatre.

That’s the venue for a great new production of the classic film, The Full Monty from the award-winning Pinstripe Productions.

This talented theatre group from Bridgwater, will bring their own hilarious and touching version of the show to The McMillan later this month.

After the successful Sunset Boulevard in 2015, Pinstripe’s latest show is based on the hit cult film of the same name.

The Full Monty is a show that’s full of genuine emotion, engaging melodies, and one of the most highly-anticipated closing numbers of any show.

After seeing how much their wives enjoy watching male Chippendale strippers during their girls night out, a group of unemployed steel workers – frustrated with work, women, and life in general – come up with a bold (and unclothed) way to make ends meet.

As these six guys struggle to overcome their fears, anxieties and issues with self-esteem, they come to discover that not only are they stronger as a group, but that the strength they find in each other gives them the individual courage to face their demons and overcome them.

Featuring a raucous mix of razor-sharp humour and toe-tapping music, this heartwarming upbeat comedy is a must see this year.

Wednesday, July 20 to Saturday, July 23.

Pinstripe Productions will be back at The McMillan Theatre again later in the year with musical Evita, on November 23-26. Tickets for this production are on sale now.
