Album Review: Lukas Graham (Blue Album) Warner Bros.
LUKAS Graham is the sort of act that would be loved on The Voice.
Ten seconds into a song, all four panellists would be mesmerised by this singer, then buzz and swing round begging to be chosen as a mentor.
Then would come the surprise. The guy with the amazing voice does not look like a typical singer, more a trainee accountant.
But that has not stopped Luke Graham (the singer and the group bear the same name) from becoming one of the hottest music properties around.
You've probably heard his songs, 7 Years, and Mama Said on various radio stations. If not, you should be tuning into other stations.
Lukas claims no one else sounded like the band, and he's right. Their soulful and funky sound has made them stars way beyond his native Denmark.
Lukas Graham (Blue Album) features the first two hits, as well as Drunk in the Morning, Strip No More and What happened to Perfect.
