MINEHEAD and District Choral Society return to the Regal Theatre with a concert of well-known favourites to tickle the taste buds.
The programme includes Carl Orff: Carmina Burana and Mozart: Violin Concerto – with soloist Mary Eade. The programme also includes a selection of operatic favourites – arias and choruses. The Choral Society is accompanied by the Taunton Sinfonietta and joined by regular soloists: soprano Krystal Macmillan, tenor Stuart Laing, and baritone Jamie Rock.
Led by conductor Marcus Capel, Minehead and District Choral Society is known as a large, friendly and enthusiastic choir which enjoys singing a wide range of music from great classics to modern works.
