THERE are just four actors but a whole lot of Dickens in this mad-cap, whirlwind production which brings hundreds of Dickens best-loved characters to life.

Stand by for seventy minutes of Dickensian mayhem as you are taken on a journey through Oliver Twist, Great Expectations (complete with flaming bride), David Copperfield, Bleak House (in less than sixty seconds), A Tale of Two Cities (featuring a fully functioning guillotine), Nicholas Nickleby, The Old Curiosity Shop, and of course, A Christmas Carol.

The show also delves into the bizarre-but-true story of Dickens’ own life, including his complicated romantic entanglements and his inexplicable enthusiasm for performing the bludgeoning scene from Oliver Twist over and over again.

Writer and director Adam Long is the co-writer and director of Reduced Shakespeare Company’s The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged), which ran in the West End for nine years and was nominated for an Olivier Award.

In 2003, his feature film The Barn won The Raindance Award at the British Independent Film Awards. Adam has also written for Disney, Channel Four, BBC Radio Four, Lucasfilm and BskyB. Adam provides the voice of Mr. Small for the BAFTA and Emmy Award winning The Amazing World of Gumball on Cartoon Network.
