BATS ready to spread their Wings

Comments (0)BROADWAY Amateur Theatrical Society is performing Noel Coward's Waiting in the Wings at the village hall this week.
Directed by Phil Hunt, the play is set in The Wings, a charity home inhabited by retired actresses whose ungraceful descent into old age is marked with squabbles, jealousy and wistful memories of former stardom.
The arrival of the once great actress Lotta Bainbridge sparks off a feud which results in tragedy.
Waiting in the Wings will be performed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with curtains up at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £5 and £4 and are available at Horton Post Office.
