SO famous (or infamous) is the name of Casanova that it has gone into our dictionaries to describe men who are, for want of a better word, ‘popular’ with women.
In ‘Casanova’, actor Pip Utton is joined by young contemporary French dancer Marguerite Chaigne in a portrayal of Casanova’s conquests.
Comic and moving, surprising and beautiful, Casanova is a totally entertaining piece of theatre. Welcome to Casanova’s memories, his dreams, his conquests and his broken hearts, his highs and his lows ... and his seduction secrets.
Take Art presents Casanova at Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall on Friday, November 7, at 7.30pm.
The production sees Pip Utton returning to Hatch in a role rather more daring than his riveting performance of Churchill.
The doors open at 7pm when you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, moving on to B.Y.O. (glasses provided), and there will be an interval with coffee and cake.
Tickets are £10 inclusive/ £8 for children – to secure your seats please call Sue Comer-Jones on 01823-481909 or Maureen James on 01823-481111.
