Open air cinema comes to Exeter

FILMS al fresco on a 10m screen are coming to Northernhay Gardens in Exeter with open air cinema from August 15 to 18.

Kitsons’ Big Screen in the Park is one of the most anticipated events on the city’s cultural calendar.

This year’s films are: . Raiders of the Lost Ark (PG) – Wednesday, August 15 (9pm), £3.

. The Lost Boys (15) – Thursday, August 16 (9pm), £3.

. Thelma and Louise (15) – Friday, August 17 (9pm), £3.

. Prometheus (15) – Saturday, August 18 (9pm), £3.

Kitsons managing partnerJames Cross said: “Kitsons are very pleased to sponsor this year’s Big Screen in the Park.

“We are keen to put something back into the community and in particular to support the Exeter Phoenix which provides such valuable facilities and services to the arts in the city and beyond.

Picnics for two people cost £15 (or £25 with wine). A cider bar will also be available.
