GEORGE Ezra is heading to Cornwall for a warm up gig ahead of his Glastonbury Festival appearence.

Local promotors SW1 Productions have announced that the Budapest, Cassy O, singer will play a one off date at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro on Thursday, June 25.

George Ezra’s first South West show came as part of the ‘Introducing Tour’ in 2013, before heading back to the county in 2014 on a mini tour just as he hit number five on the charts.

Last time he was a one to watch - this time you know exactly who he is and you won’t want to miss it.

Katy Barnes of SW1 said: “George is one of those artists that you invest time into because not only is he an incredible talent but also such a genuine grounded person.

“It’s been a real joy to work with him from those early solo show days and to see how far he’s come.

“It has been an amazing journey for him, and one that we believe will just keep going, he’s an artist that will be around for very long time”.
