HUMBERTS has recently agreed the letting of Unit 27 Ilton Business Park, Ilton, near Ilminster which was available at a rent of £5,000 per annum. The end of terrace unit had a gross internal area of 50.21 m² (540 ft²) with parking for three vehicles to the front. The unit also included a mezzanine floor of 34.35 m² (376 ft²). The unit included a roller shutter door, WC facilities and office accommodation.

Stephen Richards who heads up the commercial division for Humberts comments “we always receive strong interest for the industrial units at Ilton due to its easy access onto the A303 and its links to the M5 motorway at Junction 25. We have seen an increase in demand for small industrial units over the last couple of weeks which has led to the quick letting of the industrial unit”.

Humberts are currently marketing Unit 12A, which has a gross internal area of 60.95 m² (656 ft²) at a rent of £5,750 per annum as well as Unit 31 with a gross internal area of 133.19 m² (1,433 ft²) at a rent of £9,100 per annum.
