From Tiverton follow the A396 towards Bickleigh and Exeter, as you enter Bickleigh, before the bridge turn right at the Fishermans Cott continuing signed Crediton. After 300 meters turn left towards Bickleigh Castle. Continue past the castle turning right after 0.7 of a mile signed Lee Cross, following this road through Lee Farm where Perry Lodge is the second entrance way on the right hand side.
